Cooked a small gammon. Had some of it with potatoes, carrots and I made a white sauce for it. Lots of left overs from everything tonight.
Ice cream with mango, blueberries and broken chocolate biscuits :)

Frozen pizza Saturday night, last night, roast pork, cheesy leeks, roast potatoes, peas in a giant yorkie and lashings of gravy. Same again tonight minus the yorkie. Later in the week shepherds pie and sweet and sour chicken.

Lunch today will be a stir fry using lots of veg from the garden (snow peas, spring onion, garlic, chilli, pak choi, choy sum, ruby chard and of course courgettes), plus one diced chicken breast which I have only just remembered to take out of the freezer. Dinner tonight is the other half of a chilli meatball and rice bake which I froze a few weeks ago - I shall be glad to use it up because the dish it is in is taking up a lot of freezer space!

Lunch will be toasties, HM coleslaw and crisps.
Dinner will be potato and carrot fritters. Something with some of the gammon, with more coleslaw...There isn't much gammon left however I am adamant I want to save some for tomorrow as well even if it's to stretch out in a meal like fried rice.
