We had sausage, onions, mashed potatoes, processed peas, root mash, cabbage, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Yum.5

Picnic tea tonight. Nice bread with some cold meats/ little bit of quiche/few wedges/ couple of chicken wings/ and i've cooked 2 spicy chicken fillets to cut into bite size pieces too. Quite a random choice of dinner maybe now I've looked outside at the weather and it's raining..still, makes a change I suppose.4

Supper tonight will be gluten-free white pudding and gluten-free haggis, with fried duck eggs and.. not sure on veg. Riverford just turned up, Waitrose tonight. Choice of fresh peas, broad beans, frozen petits pois, baby turnips, HM celeriac and fennel mash, baby leeks, mushrooms, carrots.. maybe gluten-free organic low carb gravy too. Whatever needs using first.2

treated myself to scrambled egg, Grilled bacon and mushrooms For breakfast, can’t think I’ll want much for lunch, but have some olives, nuts etc to snack on if needed.

I had a small steak with leftover peas n new pots for lunch. For dinner I had chicken and veg broth made from a chicken carcass (cooked 2 days ago), carrots and a leek about to be thrown out, an onion, 2 sticks of celery and a 500g bag of Asda broth mix (80p).3

Tonight I had leftover pasta bake, there was enough for a light lunch tomorrow but I was greedy and had seconds lol£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund3
