    I still have a few thick slices of Sunday's roast pork joint to use up, and will chop those and add to a handful of prawns from the freezer for a spicy Singapore Noodle dish. I've got a lot of veg ready in the garden which I can add to it as well, so will probably stretch it into tomorrow night's supper for us too.

    I've just pealed some potatoes. There is half a small cabbage to use and bacon in the fridge. An easy dinner.

    Brunch was homemade pea and ham soup from yesterday. Dinner tonight is roast chicken, homegrown pots and veg.

    Brunch was an aldi maccy d style pork pattie, with toast and scrambled egg.
    Dinner was Asda plant based tandoori kebabs with mango chutney,  OH just had those as wasn't hungry. I had mine with coleslaw, tomato and some mash (odd combo but i cba with rice).

    One of last nights ratatouilles with couscous and lamb kebabs. ( I had halloumi)

    DS2 is over tonight, we’re his ‘bubble’, he and DH will have LO lamb curry rice and naans, I will have various Dim Sum as they aren’t keen and I love them 😍

    I am marinating some chunks of salmon fillet in ketjap manis, honey, soy and miso paste and will oven roast these on skewers tonight to serve with garlicky stir fried tenderstem broccoli, sugar snap peas, asparagus and pak choi.
  • Second night of HM Pepperoni pizza for us tonight.

    Plant based Kievs from M&S . OH had sweet potato fries with his, i had new potatoes and some leeks in a cheese sauce topped with some old stuffing mix and parmesan with mine.
