There is some mash potato left from yesterday and while it's a bit of a stretch to say there is enough to turn it in to stew...it's now part of stew cooking to enjoy for dinner. The meat will be pork chops, that is all we have in terms of meat apart from frozen hot food counter chicken. I found some carrots at the bottom of fridge, a lovely bonus because I thought we didn't have any carrots left.
Lunch will be dim sums bought at the Chinese Supermarket yesterday.4 -
Had a bit of a lie in today, so brunch was Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey. Bought a large chicken yesterday which is in the slow cooker for dinner later, we are having it with jersey royals, broccoli and carrots and stuffing. As it’s so large planning on using some up on a chicken and stuffing sandwich for tomorrow’s lunches and the remainder for tomorrow’s dinner with mushrooms, spring onions that need using, probably do some egg fried rice to have with it.Well Behaved women seldom make history
