Morning all! Tuna salad for lunch today, and I have a few leftover cooked Jersey Royals to turn into potato salad to go with it.

Dinner tonight will be the other half of the pack of chicken thighs turned into a Keralan style curry with coconut. I do have some rice left but might serve it with chapattis instead for a change. Ice cream for pud.

I'm going to have a jacket potato with tuna mayo for lunch.  Tonight we're having beef stew with dumplings and mash.

After umming and ahhing about lunch- first was egg and chips, then egg, chips and mackerel. Put the chips on to cook... then found two wraps to be used up...finally settled on a mackerel and chip wrap.
Dinner l*dl ravioli mixed with one of those stir in sauces and topped with mozzarella I guess i could make it in to a pasta bake of some sort with spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms in it.

Sausages for us tonight, and I have some HM bubble and squeak cakes to use up from the freezer. I've made a mandarin trifle (because I only had orange jelly and tinned mandarins, not strawberry jelly and fruit cocktail!) for puds this week.
