Last night I had fish in the bag and rice...almost as retro as Kinckerbocker Glory
Not sure what tonight will be - there's a few things to use up and quite a lot on the freezer. I feel that I need to work on getting our food intake / meal planning back to some sort of normal and not feeding up in case we need to survive an Apocalypseor taking the 'f!!k it, we're on lockdown' approach which has been very easy to do.
So, with that in mind, I think lunch will be some oat cakes and salad and I'll try and make a proper dinner...I know there's jersey royals in the fridge still and it's perfect Jersey weather (also apt, or rather a day late as it was our wedding anniversary yesterday and we got married in Jersey - it was another lovely sunny May day then too and a jolly good bank holiday shin dig)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
