Sorry little green, no idea how to help, if they are similar to a hotdog, maybe just a brief zap in a microwave, or if more like traditional sausages, oven bake?

I’m making a full on roast beef dinner today, The beef was from a joint I cooked and froze LO’s a couple of weeks ago,  making Yorkshire’s, roasties, parsnips, carrots and broccoli.  HM Ice cream and shop bought strawberries for pud. When I’m not working I enjoy cooking things that take a bit of time, that I don’t generally have through the week 👍

Breakfast was fruit and yogurt and I wasn’t really hungry at lunch time so just had a packet of crisps.

Starting to feel hungry now and I can smell the meat cooking....drools.  Roast beef, roast potatoes , parsnips, carrots, peas and french beans and Yorkshire puds for dinner.

I've bought chicken sausages before little-green, and I roasted them then sliced them into chunks to add to pasta with mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomatoes and red peppers. They were okay, but I wouldn't rush to get them again.

We are having roast pork tonight with roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots and peas, Yorkshire puddings, apple sauce and gravy. I also have some parsnips and onions which need using up so am making a side dish of creamed parsnip and onion puree.  I am hoping to get two more meals out of the pork after we've had the roast - I had planned pork and red pepper meatballs on parsnip mash for tomorrow night, and a lemony pork ragu on fresh tagliatelle for Tuesday - but the joint wasn't quite as large as I had hoped (an online shopping delivery) so it might be a bit of a stretch to eke it out that far!

    That sounds amazing!

I will be using up some of yesterday’s roast pork plus some red peppers to make meatballs to serve in a thick garlicky tomato sauce on top of parsnip mash.

There are only a very few strawberries left for dessert but I’ll make them go a bit further by serving on top of a dollop of Greek style lemon yogurt.

Got some puff pastry out for dinner. Going to lay it flat and layer with pesto, veggies - cherry tomato, mushroom, onion, courgette, sausage, and cheese.
