Hi all,
sorry to hear about appliances playing up and breaking down. Mine are all quite old now and I’m dreading something packing up. I’m saving up for a kitchen extension and praying the last until then.
Anyway lunch was a Cornish pasty and dinner is salad, chicken and jersey royals.Well Behaved women seldom make history

Busy day again today, I boiled some pasta, daughter doesnt eat dairy if she does she gets very bloated so I mixed hers with roasted veg ( from freezer) tomato sauce and cooked chicken.
Husband and I had ours mixed with tuna, broccoli, mushrooms, olives, courgettes, red onion, sweetcorn, tomato and sauce, ours was topped with cheese and baked.
I must add I used m&s pasta that daughter had brought home when there was a shortage, maybe it was my imagination but the pasta was lovely.4 -

I ended up with some Jersey Royals (they were Ald! ones and really lovely, actually tasted like Jersey Royals used to taste), with some salad bits and Zanzibar inspired (whatever that means) kebabs from Ald!. Kebabs were chickpea, roast pepper and courgette - they were ok but I wasn't bowled over by them. Still have 2 left but would either marinate if I bought again or serve with some kind of sauce.
OH had bombay potatoes, curry sauce and vege samosas.
