Yesterday lunch was in name of using up more gifted tomatoes, made salad with feta, olive oil&balzamic, with deli jar of artichokes and fresh celery & found fancy can of sardines in a cupboard so put that on top.
It was amazing! My OH was very very complimentary, even I did not expect it to work so well.
Tonight for tea we are having steak & chips.5 -

I had a lie in this morning so a late breakfast, bacon, egg, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and toast washed down with copious amounts of tea.
Sunday dinner for us this evening so roast pork, roast potatoes, apple stuffing, carrots, broccoli, spring greens, Yorkshire puddings.
