Indian-spiced omelette wrap for lunch today - I have some green chillis which need using up - and HM fishcakes with added chopped prawns tonight, with a few cheeky chips and a bit of salad.  Must remember to chuck the empty bottles in the recycling bin at 8.00pm too!
  • Bubble and squeak cake, scrambled eggs and baked beans for lunch today and supper will be jacket potatoes with tuna mayo, coleslaw and winter salad with grated carrot, chopped celery, onion etc. crumble and custard for pudding.
