Batch cooked liver & bacon from the freezer. Potatoes, hopefully mashed, and mixed veg'. Comfort food and a summer warmer.

Chicken and mushroom pasta out of a packet DM gave to us because she didn't want it. And a teacake for pudding.

Guess what? We’re having fish and chips tonight, our local chippy reopened at the weekend, so we are going for it.... funny isn’t it, the only thing I’ve been craving since everything shut is Chinese and fish and chips, both our local takeaways opened back up the same weekend, so we flipped a coin 👍

The last of the mushroom soup for lunch today with toast and supper this evening will be 1/4 pounder burgers in buns because we got fresh ones in the delivery on Monday with potato waffles and peas. Sadly we're out of salad things but I do have home made coleslaw so we'll have some of that too. I have some pears left from last weeks box so I'll poach those in a red wine syrup and we'll have that for pudding.6
