No take away tonight so instead going to have a ''fakeaway'', burgers and chips. The burgers are shop bought but we like to ''dress'' them with bits and bobs, like cheese, onions, mushroom, maybe a fried egg, ...etc.
Not really sure about lunch tbh...maybe noodles.5 -
Have been on the Keto diet for over a month now, so will be preparing a coconut chicken korma with fresh coriander.

Had leftover jambalaya for lunch, was as good as first time round.

For tea we had local fish&chips on hubby's insistance

Tonight will be a use up of leftovers, I’ll make the Mongolian beef to ‘top up’ the Chinese 🥳Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

What a lovely surprise IM! I’ve been hankering after a Chinese takeaway for weeks.
Tonight I am making a very naughty dinner - spiced oven baked potato wedges topped with shredded barbecue chicken smothered in melted cheese and a pepper salsa. Properly dirty fries 😀 To compensate, we’re not having lunch 🤣5 -
Lunch today will be the last of the French onion soup with cheese on toast in it and some fresh fruit salad and supper tonight will be Swedish meatballs from the blue and yellow shop, mashed potato, peas, lingonberry jam and cream sauce followed by fruit compote and Greek yoghurt.5

Treat today of Sunday lunch from the pub, sadly we thought it would be hot and ready but it's not it's chilled and we have to microwave it at home but it will be nice to have a proper roast dinner anyway. Supper tonight will probably be cheese and oatcakes.2
