lunch was nice today, crusty bread with Parma ham, a few olives, cherry tomatoes and some feta cheese, and the other half of the shepherds pie I made a couple of week ago and froze is now in the oven for dinner, had some frozen mixed veg lurking in the freezer so shall serve those with it.
The root veg and cheese pasty sounds lovely MrsLWell Behaved women seldom make history

More oatmeal soup for lunch today and more wartime potato rarebit on toast to go with it and we're trying to have fresh fruit every day we've got it for the vitamin boost so we'll share an apple and an orange too. Supper this evening will be jacket potatoes re-heated as I cooked a tray of them the other day and they keep well in the fridge and I have some eggs that need using as well as some bacon so I'll do hard boiled egg and bacon mayonnaise to go in them and make a cabbage and carrot salad to have with them. HWK will have some crumble too.4

Lunch today will be cauliflower soup made from the bits left over from making yesterday’s pakora. Dinner will be cod poached in coconut milk and red chilli (or at least it will be when I have found the recipe, which I seem to have mislaid!) served with mashed potato and steamed green beans. More of the lemon/raspberry/white chocolate hot cross bun pudding for dessert (it was lovely!).5

Some lovely meals being made...I'm coming to self isolate with some of you
Last night I had a portion of the vege haggis thing that I cooked up intending to make it into a lasagne but it wasn't that nice, so I'm just ploughing through the portions of 'mince' to use it up.
