Lunch will be potato floddies (wartime rosti) with a scattering of bacon and cheese browned under the grill and a grated carrot salad with some fresh parsley from the garden followed by a piece of tea loaf I made a few days ago. Supper tonight will be the other half of the chickpea curry, the other half of the potato and carrot curry and a reheated jacket potato followed for HWK by some more of the mixed fruit crumble which is keeping nicely in the fridge. Somewhere in the day will be a cup of coffee too!5

I shall be making some carrot, potato and cheese pasties for our main meal for a couple of days today and we'll have them with mashed potato and broccoli as I have some that needs using. I'll be making some oatmeal soup for lunch for a couple of days too and another big crumble to use up the last of a pack of blueberries way past it's use by date, the last pack of plums which are going soft and some sticks of rhubarb from the allotment. I'll flavour this one with cinnamon and put rolled oats into the crumble topping to stretch it that little bit further too.5

Spaghetti Bolognese, garlic bread and salad for us tonight.
I have some hot cross buns which are going a little stale, a third of a jar of lemon curd which needs using up, a pint carton of long life milk which is nearing its use-by date, some white chocolate, frozen raspberries and plenty of eggs. So pudding will be a raspberry, lemon and white chocolate hot cross bun bread and butter pudding!5 -

OH had chips and garlic bread yesterday (yes I know, but he's a grown man so if that's what he wants I cba to argue)
I had pasta with courgette and some tinned toms mixed with some Worcester sauce and a whole load of cheese. CBA to really cook anything else and the courgette was looking a little sorry for itself. Need to buck my ideas up and do something better tonight.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
