Islandmaid said:Morning all
freezer stash fish and chips tonight.
I went grocery shopping yesterday for me and 3 neighbours, got nearly everything we all needed, the only issue I had was some dizzy woman putting her trolley back then standing next to them texting, she finally looked up and said ‘you okay’ to which I replied ‘2 meters’ the penny dropped and she moved so the half dozen people now waiting could put their trolley back - dohhh 🙄
Last night I had some LO rice and thai curry sauce from the freezer (sauce was a bit runny as I'd prev added too much water) with some popcorn shrimp. Was nice but glad that sauce is used up.
Tonight we're having CoOp Vegan quarter pounder burgers which are yummy, with beans and some HM chips. Then it will be the weekend where we can all....continue to stay in.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Staying in is the new going out no? perhaps as it's going to be the weekend we could see how inventive we can be for brunches? we're down to 2 meals a day anyway so brunch ideas on limited ingredients could become very useful over the next few months xxx.4

For lunch today I made leeks wrapped in ham, and baked in a cheese sauce. The green ends if the leeks have been turned into a pan of leek and potato soup for tomorrow’s lunch.
I am making oven roasted red peppers stuffed with minced beef, onion, rice and mushroom for supper tonight, served with mashed potato. I’ve just made a batch of pastry, so it will be apple pie for puddings over the next few days.6 -
