I am trying to lose as much weight as I can, I have high blood pressure and am in the very at risk group should I contract the virus so I am going to try as hard as I can to lose enough weight for my blood pressure to be considerably better without meds if that's at all possible. We're still doind a decent walk every day but if that's stopped I'll find some exercise routines online and keep active that way.

Carrot and coriander soup for lunch that I made yesterday and a crustless quiche for supper to use up some more bacon and a few eggs that are on their use by date. I shall make it a large one and we'll have it cold for the next few days with whatever needs using up. Red cabbage based salad with supper tonight as it's a large one and I have carrots in the fridge so it will be a coleslaw type salad and again I'll make a big batch so we can have it over the next few days.2

I made a lemon curd sponge bake for pud yesterday, and we’ll have a bit more of that tonight.3 -
