My planned Cottage Pie last night didn't happen as OH had some sort of disaster when making it so we had egg and chips instead. Tonight I will be home before OH so I'll make a fresh Cottage Pie to do us over the next two nights. I might make a wee raspberry or apple crumble as well if I have time.0

I've made a beef (and dark chocolate) chilli to have tonight, either with rice or maybe over a jacket potato.0

I do cumin in chilli too after a very good friend told me to, mmmm. I also put in dark chocolate since I saw it on your blog IM (I still miss that btucw, some fab recipes and such a lovely style of writing)
I did find that ltd edn Marmite choc worked really well, was strangely slight diff to just using both as separate ingredients...sadly OH scoffed the rest of the bar that was in the baking cupboard.
Didn't finish work til late here so I fried up some LO rice with spring onion and an egg, and a good slug of soy sauce. And had that with some little Thai salmon fish cakes I'd bought on Sunday with a mix of mango chutney and sweet chilli sauce. Was rather impressed given how quickly I threw it together.
Also had an Aldi choc pot version of the Rolo desserts.

I had some filled pasta and pesto. Unfortunately I found myself scraping the pesto from the pasta, which unhappily is in my wrap with mozzarella and tomato for tomorrows work lunch. If only I had made my lunch after I had tasted it. I may yet accidentally forget to take it. .
Husband had cottage pie and spring greens.
Dog had some mince on top of her kibble.0 -
