I too had some YS bargains yesterday including a mahoosive box of mushrooms, so I have made a pan full of cream of mushroom soup for lunches this week, and a minced beef and mushroom pie to have for tonight and tomorrow night's supper.0

Last night was lemon and pepper dusted basa fillets with vegetable rice (yup, that yellow retro one).
Tonight OH just wants soup. I think I'm going to have egg fried rice and some thai salmon fishcake things I bought in JS at the weekend. Although I do also need to use up some cauli and plan to make cauli cheese. Perhaps I could make that and freeze it.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
