I too had some YS bargains yesterday including a mahoosive box of mushrooms, so I have made a pan full of cream of mushroom soup for lunches this week, and a minced beef and mushroom pie to have for tonight and tomorrow night's supper.
  • Well I managed the lasagne last night (and the early night)

This evening, I am thinking of trying a quorn pizza.

Last night was lemon and pepper dusted basa fillets with vegetable rice (yup, that yellow retro one).

Tonight OH just wants soup. I think I'm going to have egg fried rice and some thai salmon fishcake things I bought in JS at the weekend. Although I do also need to use up some cauli and plan to make cauli cheese. Perhaps I could make that and freeze it.
