Just realised I havent posted all week.
We came back from Spain last weekend and Sunday was a gammon joint and veg.
Monday the gammon went into some sandwiches and soup and was frozen for lunches and what was left was added to a tomato sauce for a pasta bake.
Tuesday cooked a chicken and had jacket potato and salad. I had an omelette with mine.
Wednesday, we all had omelettes, apparently mine looked nice. The remaining chicken went in the omelettes. We had baby potatoes, spinach, courgette and asparagus with them.
Thursday we had sausage, mash, broccoli, mushy peas and onion gravy.
Tonight on the way home from work we decided to get fish and chips, but the queue was out of the door. So I popped to the coop next door and bought the coop frozen meal deal. Oven chips, fish and fish fingers, peas, and ice cream. We popped the food in the oven and walked the dog for 20 minutes whilst it cooked.0 -
