We had curry last night, I bought a maggi tikka masala for 50p. Really wasnt expecting much considering all I did was put the spices, cubed chicken and a tin of chopped tomatoes into a bag and baked, but everyone said it was really good. We had biriani, dahl, snacks and nan bread. Bil came round and I fed him as well. Then lots of beer was consumed.

Today we had yorkshire pudding, kale, swede and carrot mash, roast potatoes, brussels, gravy. I had vege sausages, daughter had chicken and husband had steak casserole.

Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep. If you've got the sauce defrosting can you get a jar of white sauce and then all you need to do is assemble?

Last night was a Cook! Chicken dijon and rice for me. OH just snacked.

Not sure about tonight - lots of LO rice so might do some egg fried rice and something. Or perhaps fish n chips.

Lunch was left over chilli with wedges.

Dinner will be a lentil soup I just threw together. It tastes nice and I’m sure my daughter will love it
