    Dinner was non existent tonight by the time I finished work and then had a fitness class to get to. Hungry now but too late to eat so off to bed instead.

    A bit of freezer diving going on today! We're having HM veg soup from the freezer for lunch and some HM spicy lamb burgers for dinner tonight with HM chips, beans, tomatoes & mushrooms.

    Some sort of bung it in a pan and hope for the best, a sort of paella hybrid, cooked brown rice, onion, garlic, peppers, chicken, chorizo, smoked paprika - freezer clearing :)

    Well, that didn’t work out, DD and her BF popped round, so freezer clearings were put in the fridge and fish and chips for all of us were picked up instead ;)
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

  • Tonight we are having hm steak and mushroom pie with new potatoes, peas , green beans and some nice carrots DH found when clearing out one of the raised beds.

    Pasta with pesto (YS) - hoping the pesto will be ok, went out of date on Saturday but is unopened and has been in the fridge.

    Wish I had done it this morning now but I think I will set away a chicken casserole tonight for the tea tomorrow
    – maybes just freezer surprise tonight and use up some veg in the fridge – could be a mystery tea tonight

    Have got a cuban beef from the freezer for tonight which is a sort of slightly spicy beef stew. Will have with some mash, cabbage & peas.
