It’s turned cooler today, so I’ve got a slow-cooker dinner on the go. It’s chunks of braising steak with onions, garlic, chilli, cumin, black beans, tinned mandarin oranges, tomato paste and beef stock.

Well I had planned to have a portion of the chilli aubergine bake I'd made the other week and frozen, with the last no bull pulled port burger inherited from OH going GF. Added a spoonful of hidden veg pasta sauce I'd made the other night too (waaaay too much) to the aubergine bake to use some up and provide some more sauce.

....however, apparently what I actually defrosted was a portion of LO quorn and aubergine curry. :o moreover I didn't really realise until after I'd covered it in sour cream and cheese.

I ate most of it as I hate food waste, but I wouldn't really recommend curry and pulled 'pork'...nor would I recommend sour cream on curry.
