Had a ham and mushroom tagliatelle ready meal from the freezer (YS naturally)
I've been wracking my brain to recall something I'd thought of in the freezer stock I could use up, you lot have finally reminded me it's some lamb pieces I found to go in with a chilli aubergine, vegetable bake thing. Well that might be tomorrow's dinner now.
Lamb pieces actually went in a casserole portion (much nicer than some horrible Heck sausages I'd used in it) and some veg after a pretty terrible diet yesterday (pop tart, cheerios, cake...:o)
Not sure what tonight will be. Poss fish and potatoes.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Used up some bits from the fridge, peppers, spring onions, tomato, mushrooms chopped up and fried off and stirred through wholemeal pasta; Made a sauce with a little of the pasta water and about 3/4 tub of low fat soft cheese spread. Was very tasty for a throw together dinner and using up some bits from the fridge before doing my fresh veg shop today.
