Pizza here tonight, GF for OH and a Quorn Ristorante one for me that I'd prev bought OH before he went GF. He liked his, mine was a bit meh but it's not a flavour I'd have chosen for myself anyway (I'm more of a ham & pineapple or fungi pizza)

Not sure about tomorrow yet but lots in the freezer to use.

    We're having beef as well.

I bought a joint in Tesco yesterday. Going to slice off steaks and dice the best bits for the freezer in 150g portions then the hardest to cut bits will go in the slow cooker with veg and spices to go with new potatoes for dinner tonight.

  • Got to go see consultant at hosp this afternnon so a cheese roll for lunch and I think I will do a cheese or ham salad for dinner tonight, can always top up with more salad later in evening if not enough carb wise. Am feeling a little CBA to even think about meals so far, maybe more like it tomorrow.
