Shopped in my freezer yesterday then sat down and worked out what I needed to buy from the supermarket. Last night was wraps with salad and diced pork salsa etc a mish mash but delicious, same again for me tonight as I will be late home. The rest of the week is mince and dumplings, and possibly a sausage casserole which might turn into something else as that’s a bit wintery.
Lunch today is a small jacket potato with coronation chicken – breakfast was crumpets with a break time snack of a dole mandarin snackpot.
Feeling tired and a bit meh so bought some of those shot yoghurt drinks with the added vitamins to see if that helps

Ohhh you've just reminded me, I have sausages in the freezer and some honey mustard sauce to use up....(which was for chicken but is nice with bangers I've prev found out). Might do that this week and portion it to have with veg / mash and yorkies.

Hm steak and mushroom pie with chips and peas. If plumber comes before tea we can get out and buy fresh veg and new potatoes.
