    A nice tea tonight.

    Salmon baked in the oven, flaked into pasta with peas and mayo. My younger son’s favourite!

    Then we made a banoffee pie but with strawberries on top, not bananas.

    Really couldn't be bothered tonight, we had salad, husband had new potatoes and breaded chicken strips with his., I had a potato salad with mayo, spring onions, and chopped up vege sausages and wholegrain mustard which was plonked on top of my leaves. It was nicer than it sounds.

    I think it might be the use of the word 'plonked' JIL ;):rotfl:

    Tonight OH is having a GF goats cheese and sweet potato pie, I will have a Quorn pie he can no longer have. Will rustle up some beans for him, salad for me poss or green beans and some cubed potatoes roasted (because they're too small to make into HM chips)
