    sounds lovely :money:
Very similar to mine but I used cooked ham bits. Mine was for 4 (did not notice) so had portion last night, another tonight and 2 portions now in freezer. It was really really nice and as on my own I do not want to buy pastry case or open up frozen sheet and am rubbish at pastry. This is all basic store ingredients.

Very well done IM! Your menus always sound so delicious, it just goes to show you can eat lovely meals and still lose weight.

Tonight we are having basa fillets baked in coconut milk and red chilli, served with stir fried Chinese veg. Strawberries for pud again.
