Tonight for us was YS sea bass fillets with oven chips (using potatoes not frozen!) and peas. Was absolutely delicious.

May have some fruit, jelly & either yoghurt or quark later if peckish, otherwise will have tomorrow!

Have made some vegetarian scotch eggs which we'll have with salad for lunch.

Tonight will be one of my favourite curries - butternut squash & sweet potato. Will have with some pilau rice.

Still in need of comfort food, so tonight I am making meatballs baked in a Yorkshire pudding batter. I think it’s a Jamie Oliver recipe, it was something I saw on telly on the Food Network recently.

Giant Jaffa Cake (from the OS recipe index) for pud.
  • Will make an omlette or frittata with ham and mushrooms (nearly all gone)
onion (spring) plus whatever bits and bobs. Not sure if that will be lunch or dinner, if dinner then something eggy on toast for lunch, if lunch then will get a curry and rice from freezer.

Oh my goodness. This sounds lovely. Do you have the recipe?.
Tonight for us its either going to be h/m pizza or pork chops rubbed in spice mix with some veg and roasted. Shell on prawns for lunch. W/e treat.

I've just had baked potato with chicken mayonnaise for lunch. Will probably just pick at bits later if I'm hungry.
Spend less now, work less later.
