    Last night we had salmon with a pesto crumb, sliced and baked Jersey royals, baked baby tomatoes and tender stem broccoli.

    Tonight we had salad and more Jersey royals, this time steamed. I had some veggie nuggets, husband had chicken and bacon.

    last night and tonights lunch was cupboard and freezer surprise, chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn, onions garlic and stock with some phili mixed in, random but delish served with rice and garlic bread

    Was at a funeral yesterday and ended up so had a buffet lunch, dinner was a roast lamb and cucumber roll with mayo.

    Not sure what tonight will be yet.

    Prawn risotto followed by chocolate fondants with clotted cream

    Veggie chilli, meat chilli, black rice, tortilla chips, salsa and avocado.
  • Chicken in a creme fraiche, pesto and tomato sauce, with tagliatelle and garlic ciabatta :)
    Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
    Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

  • Chicken and mushroom rice tonight. Having burger in a bun for lunch. Got to have salad next few days have bought all the fresh stuff.
