Last night we had salmon with a pesto crumb, sliced and baked Jersey royals, baked baby tomatoes and tender stem broccoli.
Tonight we had salad and more Jersey royals, this time steamed. I had some veggie nuggets, husband had chicken and bacon.0 -
last night and tonights lunch was cupboard and freezer surprise, chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn, onions garlic and stock with some phili mixed in, random but delish served with rice and garlic bread0

Was at a funeral yesterday and ended up so had a buffet lunch, dinner was a roast lamb and cucumber roll with mayo.
