    Smoked Haddock and spinach gratin with some HM bread, and watercress salad.

    White chocolate Panna Cotta with fruit Coulis for pud

    Chilli con carne and quorn chilli. Black rice tortillas and sour cream.
    Kit kat and a cup of tea afterwards.

    no plans for tonight, not feeling inspired by the freezer, il have another look at lunch time - nothing planned for lunch either whoops

    Ended up with LO pasta from the freezer, also with some courgette from the freezer and mozzarella to improve it all :rotfl:

    Tonight is meatless farm burgers in buns...GF for OH. I'll alao make some oven chips to use up some spuds. Salad for me, beans for OH prob ....and some fizz and football this evening.

    Last night was a Chinese, DIL and Grandson over so we had a treat.

    LO Chinese tonight for DH and DIL, chicken salad for me

    I've just fried off a packet of reduced stir fry veg( Aldi reduced to 44p)
    Added garlic, lemon juice, balsamic, soy sauce and chilli powder.

    I'll add some soya mince (H&B dried) and make some flat breads to go with it.

    There's a recipe for scallion flat breads on the Meatless Mondays website that I use to make small flat breads. Cost less than 2p for each one and they go lovely to mop up the sauce of many meals.

    It'll cost around 95p for 2 servings.
