I've just fried off a packet of reduced stir fry veg( Aldi reduced to 44p)
Added garlic, lemon juice, balsamic, soy sauce and chilli powder.
I'll add some soya mince (H&B dried) and make some flat breads to go with it.
There's a recipe for scallion flat breads on the Meatless Mondays website that I use to make small flat breads. Cost less than 2p for each one and they go lovely to mop up the sauce of many meals.
It'll cost around 95p for 2 servings.£36/£240
