What are you making for dinner?

The weather is cold and rainy and miserable, so we're having a nice hot spicy curry tonight to compensate. It's mostly chicken, chestnut mushroom and spinach but with a few other random bits of leftover veg thrown into it too - a handful of diced butternut squash, some peas and potato. Will serve with home made naan bread instead of pilau, as I am doing a rice pudding for dessert and I didn't want a rice overload.
Rib-sticking comfort food0 -
It's sweet chilli chicken thighs, boiled potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower & green beans for dinner tonight.
Making a vegetable soup for lunch.

A rummage through the fridge and freezer and I came up with sausage, potatoes for mash, mushrooms and onion gravy. Maybe home made apple crumble and custard for afters. Keep it simple as the OH says.0

I have three peppers in the bottom of my fridge so I think I'll do a sort of pepperonata sauce on pasta with some green salad on the side.0

Porridge etc as usual for breakfast
Cheese salad baguette for lunch.
Turned very cold and wet this afternoon so ditched my planned supper for a Tuscan white bean & kale stew.... delish! Chocolate muffin & birdseye custard.
Have a woman at work that loves to bake far more than her capacity to eat it all. Was offered 4 muffins. Managed to take 2. Gave 1 away and had my first ‘proper’ pudding in about 9 months with the remaining muffin. It was delicious.... if only I had a sweater tooth!0 -

Bean and sausage stew. Beans in spicy tomato sauce from Asda (currently on offer 4x£1 bargain!) + sausages (£1 discounted for 25 p because expiring today), that’s it no other ingredients and it was delicious!0
