It’s Wednesday so poached eggs on sourdough toast, juice & coffee for breakfast.
Lunch was authentic sushi.
Went to a ‘friend’ for supper where amid the chaos I was apologeticly served a Tesco garlic butter chicken Kiev with mash & peas. Utterly revolting(please note the smiley!)

By myself this evening. An omelette with goats cheese, cheddar, broccoli, red pepper, spring onions and tomatoes with potato pops from the freezer.0

We had the stir fry with peppers, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, mange tout, baby corn, cashews, big prawns and noodles.
I remembered buying some double Gloucester with onions and chives last week for 30p, so I made that into a couple of quiches with some tomatoes and cheddar. Perhaps one of the best quiches I have ever made. I did make one for the freezer, the other for lunches but we sampled it and had a bit for supper as well. So there isn't much left.0 -
Re-heated Jacket potatoes for supper tonight with tuna and sweetcorn and a nice crispy salad followed by rhubarb with stevia and 0% Greek yoghurt and a cup of black coffee.
Lunch will be the last of the celery and stilton soup, some chicken for me and a sandwich for He Who Knows.0 -
No cooking for me today. I've already prepped lunch - carrot and coriander soup which I made yesterday. Tonight we're out for dinner to celebrate my niece's 18th birthday.0

I got a nice cauliflower when I went to the greengrocers a couple of days ago so making a cauliflower cheese for dinner.
Lunch was LO baked corned beef hash, looked a bit dry so stirred some beans through it along with a couple of tablespoons of horseradish sauce. Was really tasty and better than it was for dinner last night!

Hi. First time posting here and I’m finding it interesting to see what others are planning to cook/eat. Breakfast today will be boiled eggs, as it is Chukky Egg Friday in our house. OH will do the honours with the eggs and toasty soldiers using the bread I made yesterday. Lunch; leftover sweet potato & goats cheese tart with whatever looks like salad that may be lurking in the fridge. Out to eat at our friends’ house tonight, so mystery menu for us. 😊0
