Quorn bolognese with tagliatelle and garlic bread.
Half of the sauce and garlic bread has gone into the freezer for an easy dinner in a couple of weeks!0 -

A nice and spicy beef chilli con carne, with some mushrooms and spinach that needed using up thrown in. With rice and tortilla chips.

We had a fab night last night, amazing food, views etc lovely time.
Today we had a use up, baked Camembert with wild garlic from the garden, some crackers left over from Christmas, some ham and olives, very nice supperNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
