  • HM chicken curry for us tonight, with pilau rice. A hm chocolate muffin for dessert.
  • Jacket potatoes for us tonight with butter and salt and pepper, topped with a choice of tuna, grated cheese, coleslaw or baked beans (or any combination thereof :D), side salad if wanted.

    Quorn bolognese with tagliatelle and garlic bread.

    Half of the sauce and garlic bread has gone into the freezer for an easy dinner in a couple of weeks!

    Hubbys Birthday today, am surprising him with a meal out at a local fab restaurant and an overnight at their hotel

    Must buy tinned toms today or there will be no ratatouille tonight! it’s a real comfort dish I think – not sure what we are having with it
  • HM Chilli con Carne with Cheesy Nachos and Rice :)
    Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
    Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)
  • A nice and spicy beef chilli con carne, with some mushrooms and spinach that needed using up thrown in. With rice and tortilla chips.

    Have been away on business for a few days and might have eaten my own body weight several time over. Tonight's dinner was HM sausage casserole liberated from the freezer.

    We had a fab night last night, amazing food, views etc lovely time.

    Today we had a use up, baked Camembert with wild garlic from the garden, some crackers left over from Christmas, some ham and olives, very nice supper ;)
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
