Quorn bolognese with tagliatelle and garlic bread.

HM Chilli con Carne with Cheesy Nachos and Rice

A nice and spicy beef chilli con carne, with some mushrooms and spinach that needed using up thrown in. With rice and tortilla chips.

We had a fab night last night, amazing food, views etc lovely time.
Today we had a use up, baked Camembert with wild garlic from the garden, some crackers left over from Christmas, some ham and olives, very nice supper
Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
