    Smoke haddock risotto here, all from freezer stash and stores, trying to avoid grocery shopping, we’re going away next week, so running down stocks.
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
    Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)
  • Rump steak, chips, mushrooms and peas for those who like it. Smoked haddock and cheddar cheese fishcakes with steamed veg for those who don't.

    That sounds great! Planning on steak, chips, onions & mushrooms for Mothers Day, it's a special treat for us as we don't have steak very often.

    Tonight's dinner was shepherds pie with added veg plus green beans & Brussels.

    Sausage casserole, mash and broccoli on Monday
    Tuesday was a red pepper, broccoli,prawn and cashew Stir fry.
  • Tonight we are having Chilli Con Carne with rice and side salad. Tomorrow will be the same as this usually lasts us over two night plus some for the freezer.
  • Lentil and vegetable soup with warm baguettes.
  • HM Beef Ragu with Tagliatelle :)

    Lemon, garlic chicken traybake will add potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions will have with green beans too. I do love my veggies!
