fish in the bag and rice tonight....right out of the 1980's

HM bruschetta from the last of a massive bag of mixed cherry tomatoes I bought for £1 from the market a couple of weeks ago, with some tinned mackerel in tomato sauce.

No idea, may make 1 large ham & egg quiche, ready made base, and/or some small ones. One for tonight, others to feed my freezer. Not sure what with, plenty veg in freezers plus spuds, run out of salad stuff.0

I am just doing roast chicken, green beans (Carrefour tinned - really nice), and a sort of thrown together assortment of thinly sliced potato, halved cherry tomatoes and coarsely sliced red pepper in a garlic and herbes de provence olive oil dressing with a little balsamic stirred through, in a little le creuset dish in the bottom of the oven.0
