    Tonight DD and DS had chicken Tikka, rice, naan bread, riata , mango chutney and Indian snacks. I had a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw. One of my nights when I couldn't face chicken.

    Mid week roast here, chicken, roast potatoes, carrots and peas, going home tomorrow, so my youngest DS is coming over to visit the new family and myself, really looking forward It, but as much as I’ve enjoyed it, can’t wait to be home :)
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Fourth Anniversary
    Roast chicken, roast potatoes and parsnips,mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes carrots,cabbage,cauliflower and broccoli with stuffing and lots of gravy. Along with homemade apple sauce for OH, he likes AS. With any meat!

    Just made a meat free sloppy joe substituted with mushrooms and lentils. Took me 15 mins to cook

    Pumpkin and spinach burgers with boiled spuds and runner beans.

    Burgers were ok but not sure i'd bother with them again - they were deff on the 'just want to use up' list.
