    I made broccoli soup for lunch. DH is making lasagne for dinner.

    Have popped over to help out with new Grandson, lots of cuddles and made mum and dad pork stroganoff for dinner, will stay a few nights to give them a rest and make sure they well fed too ;)
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Pasta here tonight, I had mine with a little portion of bolognese (made with soya mince) from the freezer, and OH had plain pasta sauce.

    Starting to see some daylight in the freezer :j

    No, nothing quite so involved. I’ve had omelette Arnold Bennett’s a couple of times in posh hotels in the Far East and to be honest it’s not really my kind of thing even when somebody else is cooking it.

    I just did an ‘omelette baveuse’ and flaked some smoked haddock into it.

    Tonight I’m doing a quick & dirty chicken curry with plain basmati.

    Liver, bacon and sausage casserole, meshed potatoes, broccoli.
    I had vege sausages and onions with the veg.
    Macarons from m and s as a treat from husband for after.

  • L/o pearl barley mix, was very nice, will add bits and bobs but not sure what. Last slice of b'day cake for pud. Had last of hm soup for lunch so looking around fortomorrow, will make something with prawns I ghink for dinner tomorrow but still fancy some chips !!!!
