So a Gordon Bennett Arnold Bennett then?
No, nothing quite so involved. I’ve had omelette Arnold Bennett’s a couple of times in posh hotels in the Far East and to be honest it’s not really my kind of thing even when somebody else is cooking it.
I just did an ‘omelette baveuse’ and flaked some smoked haddock into it.
Tonight I’m doing a quick & dirty chicken curry with plain basmati.0 -
Liver, bacon and sausage casserole, meshed potatoes, broccoli.
I had vege sausages and onions with the veg.
Macarons from m and s as a treat from husband for after.0 -
