Date night tonight, possibly out for a Chinese

I am feeling pants, another bout of this awful cold/flu thing, utterly fed up with it now:(Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Thai red curry with rice from the freezer stock and what I thought were the last four vegetable spring rolls....evidently there were eight left so still 4 more to go.

Hope you feel better soon island maid, there are some nasty viruses about.
We had hake, baked in the oven and topped with a crumb, which I made by putting a staleish bread roll, some parmesan, a little cheddar, a handful of cornflakes and a little butter into my blender.
Cubed potatoes and some greens.
It was really nice. Often on a Friday we are so tired we get fish and chips, but we eat them and moan they are greasy. I am also determined to use up some of the food I have in the house.

It says chicken korma on our menu planner. I must check with DH if I need to get any chicken out of the freezer.Spend less now, work less later.0
