Thai red curry with rice from the freezer stock and what I thought were the last four vegetable spring rolls....evidently there were eight left so still 4 more to go.

Stocked up the freezer with a load of quorn stuff for OH today but really need to tidy the shelves up and get them in some order.

Hope you feel better soon island maid, there are some nasty viruses about.

We had hake, baked in the oven and topped with a crumb, which I made by putting a staleish bread roll, some parmesan, a little cheddar, a handful of cornflakes and a little butter into my blender.
    Cubed potatoes and some greens.
It was really nice. Often on a Friday we are so tired we get fish and chips, but we eat them and moan they are greasy. I am also determined to use up some of the food I have in the house.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

It says chicken korma on our menu planner. I must check with DH if I need to get any chicken out of the freezer.
