Came home at lunch time. Was scratching my head as how to use a smallish portion of natural smoked haddock. Ended up poaching it and flaking it into an omelette.... flipping heck it was bloody delicious with a side salad and some toasted sourdough. Will definitely be doing this again!0

Tonight I made a mushroom quiche, Cesar salad and a cucumber, tomato, olive and onion salad. Baby potatoes and was going to wrap a couple of chicken breasts in bacon. ( There does seem to be a lot of food, but this will also do tomorrow's lunches)
I opened up the cheap pack of bacon, only to find it was two big thick steaks!!
So the chicken and one of the bacon steaks was chopped up and gently browned in the wok.
I will use the other with some liver tomorrow night.0 -
