    looking for some healthy (is) & cheap(ish) dinner ideas please that arent too time consuming as out the house for work from 8am-6.30pm

    Without knowing the sorts of things you like to eat or your kitchen experience it’s a bit hard to recommend anything.

    I often batch cook and freeze for the times I find myself in the position you mention.

    Have prepped sausage and mash for the new family,something quick and easy for later. I will be home this afternoon, and DH and I will be going out for a meal, not sure where yet.

    Crispy sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice - cheating as shop bought, but I'm trying make sure I don't totally stock pile the freezers for ever more and actually eat the stuff out them.
  • For dinner tonight we're having hm roasted tomato and basil soup with hm rosemary focaccia and then a hm chocolate cheesecake for pud.
