    Kedgeree tonight.
  • A very lazy Saturday night treat, oven chips with lots of grated cheese and sweet chilli sauce served with some crusty bread and butter! The nearest thing we get to a take away.
  • Last night, we had beef en croute (courtesy of Waitrose), with oven chips and tenderstem broccoli. Tonight we're going over to my parents for a Chinese fake away.

We had a great night out, wore me out though:(

Easy dinner today, chicken casserole with ‘paxo’ dumplings, using thighs which I think taste better than breast for a long slow cook (and cheaper)

Edit - Hope you are feeling better Kerri
