  • Last night we had roast chicken with roast potatoes, broc, carrots, stuffing and gravy.

Lunch today will be chicken noodle soup and dinner tonight will be chicken and veg stir fry with noodles. Not a bad return from a £4.50 free range chicken.
  • Tonight we will be having Salmon Fillet topped with Cajun Spices, New Potatoes and Salad drizzled with Balsalmic Vinegar :)
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)
