I have a bit of a potato overload, due to a minor mistake on online food shop, so tonight i will endeavour to create mustard pork steaks with scalloped potatoes, using a tin of mushroom soup let down with milk, I am thinking mushroomy dauphinois, finely sliced potato, layered with onion, downed in mushroom sauce with 2 browned pork steaks, dressed in seeded mustard on the top, stick, covered, in oven for an hour, serve with spring greens

Got bagged salad to use up now, I hate buying ready done salad, prefer a lettuce, baby tomatoes, dont have often as not good for my arthritis, micro'd the cauli to make into cauli cheese tomorrow as had bought plenty of cheese for visitors who did not eat much here. That should be food for the next few days,

Made a Thai red curry at lunchtime with veg and quorn pieces so that just needs reheating and some rice making. Might see if OH fancies posh grains and quinoa....but I suspect he'll want bog standard easy cook white.
