Aldi vegan burgers tonight, were really nice. Popped them in brioche buns, and I had some cheese, cucumber and tomato by the side of mine (OH just had his burger in a bun with sauce) They have gone on the 'to buy again' list.

Bit cross as I also unearthed a cheese and onion quiche is bought, ok, it was 'use by' 23rd Jan but it was already growing a fur coat and had to be thrown out  cross with myself for not using it, but also didn't expect it would actually grow penicillin so quickly :(

OH had mushy peas on tiger bread.

I had spag with veggie bog I'd made the other week and froze with a little Parmesan cheese I also located in the freezer. Oh, and some fried sliced mushrooms in it too.

Liberated some soup from the freezer too so that will either be lunch or dinner tomorrow.
