For lunch I had some RTC mushroom sausages from sainsbobs veggie range in a sarnie. I think the rest will be made into some kind of casserole or possibly paired with some kind of beetroot, goats cheese and lentil salad. They were ok but a bit blah on their own

Dinner for me has been pate on toast (also RTC today) and a hot cross bun...good job I'm not low carbing!

All day breakfast here, I had quorn bacon with mine.

Then husband fell asleep, and hasn't woken up nearly three hours later. So I made a raspberry Eton mess, and ate a portion out of the mixing bowl, while he snored on the sofa.
  • Last night's meal was a frittata-style creation made from the last of the potatoes, a couple of soft tomatoes, garlic, two slices of smoked bacon, the last three eggs and some grated cheese, with a side of baked beans, and very tasty it was!!!

Tonight we had a frozen pizza, cost of £1 :) Excellent pizza, will buy this one again. Hadn't planned this for tonight's meal but couldn't find any more room in the freezer after this afternoon's shopping expedition so we had to eat it :D
