I'm making a vegetable pizza with a hash brown base rather than the usual pizza dough. We might also have some chips with it which I can cook in the oven at the same time but that depends on how hungry we are.

Lambs liver tonight - last of the big lump I bought a couple of weeks ago.
Thinking of doing liver, bacon & onions.
Bought some cooking bacon from Tesco Express yesterday - 60p for 500gms :eek: - and it's in 2 very thick pieces, almost like bacon chops. I'll use the biggest today and maybe the other in a mac'n'cheese soon.

Minestrone soup for lunch with chicken for me and a sandwich for He Who Knows and supper tonight will be potato gnocchi with butternut squash roasted in the oven with whole garlic cloves, wilted spinach and crumbled feta cheese followed by a cup of black coffee.0

Cheese salad baguette for lunch, followed by a hm fruity flapjack. Tonight we'll be having chicken curry, which I made in the SC yesterday, served with basmati rice and I think I'll make some coriander and garlic naans as well.0
