We're having the LO faggots with some cabbage for lunch and a pork chop tray bake with whatever veg I can find in the fridge/freezer that is suitable for roasting. Will thicken the stock to make some gravy.

HM tomato soup with cheese and crackers for lunch. Just made a batch of GF scotch pancakes, very nice with maple syrup:o

Tuna steaks, cheesy leeks, broccoli, green beans and carrots for supper.

I was awake at 04:30 with awful acid reflux, so whilst drinking some mugs of tea I grabbed the freezer book and meal planned for several days, I have placed a meat order to arrive at the end of February and would like to run down the stocks and get it defrosted for then.

  • Slow-cooked pork shoulder steaks served with broccoli, HM yorkies and roasties. HM apple and strawberry baked sponge pudding with custard for dessert.

There will be enough for our main meal tomorrow as well :)

(The pork has been slow-cooked together with onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, tomato puree, packet stuffing mix, dried mixed herbs, veg stock cube, black pepper, water to cover, then adding a tin of Hnz five beans in tomato and a mix of cornflour and bisto powder to thicken the juices when everything is nice and tender.)

Roast potatoes, red cabbage and beetroot from the freezer, green beans, curly kale, carrot and swede mash. With a variety of proteins depending on preferences. These were all from freezer and were pork chop, chicken chasseur and nut roast.

Ice cream for afterwards as I was fed up cooking. Made soup for lunches and granola bars.
