Roast lamb with all the usual suspects today, Lemon cake and custard for those who want it for pud.
Chicken and veg soup for work lunches as I have several bits of chicken to use up and some fridge gravel veg....

We're having the LO faggots with some cabbage for lunch and a pork chop tray bake with whatever veg I can find in the fridge/freezer that is suitable for roasting. Will thicken the stock to make some gravy.

Hi all, joining in to give myself a kick start.

Rice pud with blackberries from the freezer.

HM tomato soup with cheese and crackers for lunch. Just made a batch of GF scotch pancakes, very nice with maple syrup:o
Tuna steaks, cheesy leeks, broccoli, green beans and carrots for supper.
I was awake at 04:30 with awful acid reflux, so whilst drinking some mugs of tea I grabbed the freezer book and meal planned for several days, I have placed a meat order to arrive at the end of February and would like to run down the stocks and get it defrosted for then.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Slow-cooked pork shoulder steaks served with broccoli, HM yorkies and roasties. HM apple and strawberry baked sponge pudding with custard for dessert.
There will be enough for our main meal tomorrow as well

Roast potatoes, red cabbage and beetroot from the freezer, green beans, curly kale, carrot and swede mash. With a variety of proteins depending on preferences. These were all from freezer and were pork chop, chicken chasseur and nut roast.
Ice cream for afterwards as I was fed up cooking. Made soup for lunches and granola bars.0 -
