    Cod, chips, peas and green beans for dinner here tonight. Using frozen cod which I bought on 3 for £10 deal on return from holiday as had no fish in the freezer at all.

    Shepherds pie made with celeriac, garlic and sweet potato top. Will be having this tomorrow now as we had Kangeroo burger for lunch and celery with cream cheese and plums with yoghurt for tea.

    Lidl's Chargrilled vegetable and mascapone pizza on sourdough base (hand stretched non the less - well posh :D) Shared with OH (the calories of a whole one do not bear thinking about)....and lovely it was too :D

    I wasn't very hungry tonight, so husband had the planned fish and mushy peas and I had egg, toast and tinned tomatoes.

    Chicken with anchovies, rosemary and lemon tonight - a Diana Henry Recipe from a Bird In the Hand. Simple but delicious

    Pud will be HM Salted Caramel Icecream with Lemon Yoghurt cake for the men.

    Wine will also feature heavily tonight ;)

  • Broccoli and stilton soup for lunch today, usual accompaniments and supper this evening will be Muttar Paneer with basmati rice and a minty cucumber raita as I got a block of Paneer cheese for 55p YS yesterday.
  • Lunch today will be hm chicken noodle soup and tonight we're having ham, egg and oven chips. Food shopping tomorrow and the fridge is a little bare...
  • HM fish cakes made using the second half of the oven-baked fish from yesterday, served with HM mushy peas, and HM apple crumble and cream for dessert.
