Mister CJ and I are both recovering from the nasty virus thing that’s doing the rounds, and we’ve not been up to eating much for the past few days. I’ve managed to get up and dressed today, and made a pan of spicy beetroot, carrot and tomato soup for lunch. The effort has worn me out! I need supper to be something quick and simple so I’ve taken a small tub of home made veg chilli out of the freezer for tonight.0

Home made nandos, chicken, halloumi, flat mushrooms, coleslaw, salad, corn on cob, sweet potato wedges, spicy rice, pitta breads and houmous. Six of us for dinner so enough choice for everyone.
I made some brownies, from a box kit from the back of the cupboard, no idea how it got there, it's not something I would buy. They are not as chocolatey as my usual recipe, but will be ok with ice-cream.0 -
Zebra sausages with ciabatta and salad.

Oh that sounds so good(apart from the sweet potato, I'm not keen).
I'm still trying to find my appetite but if that was put in front of me, I'm sure I could manage a fork full or two.'I'm sinking in the quicksand of my thought
And I ain't got the power anymore'0 -
We've had HM faggots, mash, sprouts & peas with HM onion gravy. Was supposed to be 4 portions so half going into freezer for another time. However neither of us to manage the half not being frozen so tomorrow's lunch is also sorted!
