Got a chicken roasting too...though I'll have to fight the cat for that (she loves chicken but not only is it more economical to buy and cook a whole one, I know it has nothing added to it - the pre packed chicken pieces is amber for salt which I don't like, esp given her size)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Not OS at all I’m afraid
Thursday night we went to a very swanky, but laid back restaurant, we had a delicious meal, Mackerel cheviche to start, potato veloute with truffle, lamb done several ways, a very posh version of lemon meringue pie, local cheese and some very good wine, such a treat and my description does it no favours
Friday night was a Chinese at a local restaurant, caught up with some lovely friends
Tonight is our ‘firms’ do, we run a building company, so it’s a thank you to our contractors, a meal out at a local restaurant we love then onto the pub after no doubt.
I don’t think I will need to eat for a week after this weekend;)Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
