I prepared some bread dough last night, so have 4 ciabatta on the way. The two in the oven have risen nicely and the smell is amazing.
I also have a large stockpot full of chicken, leek, onion, carrot and potato stew on the go, which should see us doing some healthy, pre Christmas eating for the next four days.
Homemade bread and homemade stew, what could be better?

I have some chicken breasts in slow cooker with a jar of sweet and sour sauce, will do rice or wedges to go with them.
I got a massive yule log on yellow sticker shelf at Mr T`s last night so will use a little of that for dessert.
